MSCONFIG ERROR

The best soultion of the day.

Symptoms:

While trying to change settings in MSCONFIG if you get the following error:"An access denied error was returned while attempting to change the service. You may need to login as administrator account to make the changes.
\"Cause:HP Printer driver – recent updateResolution:Start >> Run >> regeditHKLM> System > CurrentControlSet > Services > PML Driver HPZ12 > Change the Dword value for “auto start/start” to “4”

Note: Applicable for window vista/windows xp/2000
