Messages Not Appearing in Outlook express

Method 1:Go to: Start>> Run>> Type: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll [Enter]
Method 2:In OE: Go to Tools>> Options>> Read>> Fonts: Change the default encoding setting to Western (ISO). And in IE: Delete the Temporary Internet Files, including all offline content.
Note: Applicable for Outlook express
