Failed to extract file 'Dll_.ini' from the binary table In hp web printing

I fixed this issue by changing the "Environmental Variable" from %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp to C:\temp.

Right-Click "My Computer"
Properties
Advanced Tab
Environmental Variables
For "User variables for admin"
Change the values for TEMP and TMP to C:\temp (directory)

Note: Applicable for window vista/windows xp/2000
